Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm based in the beautiful city of Verona, Italy and yes I love to travel. I have had the fortune of photographing weddings and other events not only across the length of the Italian boot but across the globe in Spain, Poland, France, the UK, Singapore, India and Australia.

How many languages do you speak?

I speak fluent English and Italian which is an important detail if you are bringing friends and relatives to Italy from overseas.
Also, with Germany being so close to where I live, I work a lot with German clients and while I do not speak the language it has never been an impediment to capturing the day and great pictures.

Do you provide high-resolution images?

Always! All the images provided in your package are high-resolution and print-ready. You have the flexibility to print them through your preferred vendor or we can take care of printing for you with out trusted printers.

Do you have a studio?

Yes I have a fully-equipped photographic studio in the town centre in Verona, Italy.

Do you provide images in formats that are adapted to social media channels?

Always. In addition to your high-resolution, print-ready files you will also receive social-media friendly files of each image.

FAQs - Wedding

How far in advance should we book your services for our wedding?

It's great to secure your date as early as possible, typically 6-12 months in advance, especially for popular wedding seasons.

How do you photograph weddings?

I work in a reportage photography style, focusing on the spontaneous, un-staged moments and the crazy roller coaster of emotions that render each wedding so special and personal. While I'll be close at hand the whole day I believe absolutely in the discretion of a photographer and will not invade in any way. The story of a wedding day tells itself and I will be there to document it without intruding upon it.

How many photographers will be present on the wedding day?

I normally work with a second photographer to ensure that all the key moments of the day are captured. When I am shooting the bride entering the church, my assistant is able to focus on the groom’s reaction, while one photographer is concentrating on the guests the other is able dedicate themselves to the bride and groom. This way, we can be sure to never miss a moment.

What wedding packages do you offer?

We understand that every wedding is unique and for that reason all our packages are completely customised. After our initial call or meeting, I will prepare a personalised quotation for you which will include at least 2 or 3 package options. This way you can select the option that best suits your personal needs and budget.

Are albums included in your packages?

Our packages include digital files but you can add albums as an extra option. We offer a range of beautiful album styles for you to choose from to showcase your favourite moments in a tangible keepsake. I have been collaborating with some wonderful artisan album makers for many years and it would be my pleasure to show them to you. Both traditional albums and Photo Books can be made and if you would like additional copies of the album for your loved ones that is also no problem.

When will we receive our photos?

I strive to consign wedding images within 4 weeks of your wedding day. This timeframe increases a little in high season but never surpasses 6 weeks.

How many pictures will we receive?

With digital photography it is always difficult to specify exactly how many images with be consigned. It could be anywhere from 500 to 1000. Suffice to say that your event will be covered in detail from start to finish. We will dedicate ourselves to choosing the best and most significant images to tell the story of your big day.
You will receive a link to an online password-protected gallery containing the complete collection of retouched, high-resolution images. You can download the photos directly from the gallery, create a list of favourites, share them on social media and even order prints. The images you receive will be watermark-free, allowing you use them as you wish.

Do you provide high-resolution images and can we print them ourselves?

Do you visit the venues before the wedding day?

Almost always. It is essential to have a clear idea of the various spaces where the wedding will unfold and to see upfront what the quality of light is like in each of these. I also take the opportunity to introduce myself to the people running the venue to check with them if they have any particular requirements or recommendations.

Do you offer engagement photo sessions as part of your packages?

If you would like an engagement we can happily include one in the package. They're a fantastic way for us to get to know each other and for you to feel more comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

We always have a backup plan! We are experienced in working with various weather conditions. If you're up for it we can capture some beautiful rain shots otherwise, we'll find creative indoor alternatives.

How do we secure our wedding date with you?

To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a retainer fee. Once these are received, your wedding date will be officially reserved on our calendar, ensuring our full attention on your special day.
